Bicycle in the Ebro Delta

Our bicycle rental service for self-guided routes through the Ebro Delta is a unique experience for those who enjoy nature and outdoor adventure. The Ebro Delta is a natural area located on the southern coast of Catalonia, known for its extensive rice fields, its native flora and fauna, and its dreamlike landscape.

Going by bike is an excellent way to explore this natural area independently and at your own pace. The bicycles come equipped with everything necessary to make a comfortable and safe route. We also offer maps of the area and advice on the most recommended routes for cycling.

Self-guided tours are the best option for those who want to explore the area without having to worry about schedules or organized groups. In addition, there are numerous information panels along the way that provide information on the flora, fauna and history of the Ebro Delta.

The bicycle routes through our delta offer a unique experience of contact with nature and an opportunity to disconnect and relax. The landscapes are spectacular and varied, with stretches of rice fields, virgin beaches, lagoons and bird watching areas. Photography lovers will find countless opportunities to capture once-in-a-lifetime moments.
 

SURF

Surfing in the Ebro Delta

Delta Spirit offers you complete training in the fantastic sport of surfing. We take care of guiding you in your first steps so that you can enjoy it in a safe and exciting way.

During our training, we will explain and practice various important aspects of surfing such as: tides, currents and the different ideal beaches to practice this sport. We will also teach you about the types of boards and waves, as well as the correct paddling technique and position on the board.

We will help you catch your first waves and master the take off technique, so you can feel the excitement of riding the waves. In addition, we will teach you how to maintain a stable position on the board after the take off, so that you can enjoy the experience for as long as possible.

PADDLE SURF

Paddle surf (SUP) in the Ebro Delta

If you already have experience with SUP, you can rent our inflatable SUPs, we give them to you with their bag, you ride them and enjoy them with the route you want. We provide a demonstration video with the assembly, and they are returned disassembled in their bag, just as they are delivered. We have several collection/delivery points.

If you do not have experience, it is mandatory to do a class of an hour and a half to be able to rent them.

SUP rental rates:

– 2 hours 20€.
– 3 hours 30€.
– 4 hours 35€.
– Full day 9 a.m. to 8 p.m 45€.

SUP class rates:

– 1’5 hours 25€.

In the kayak section you have some routes along the Ebro river, but if you want to go along the Trabucador beach we will gladly inform you of the routes you can do.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:

– To know how to swim.
– Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
– Comply with the rules and use the security elements that the company provides, life jacket etc…
– The Spirit school is not responsible for consequences for non-compliance with said rules and conditions.
– We use self-emptying single and double kayaks, they are very stable, safe and do not require previous experience to use.
– The Spirit school includes civil liability and accident insurance in all our activities.

WE RECOMMEND BRINGING:

– Swimsuit, pants and shoes that can get wet.
– Replacement clothes.
– Sunscreen.
– Mosquito repellent.
– Towel.
– Water.
– Waterproof bag or waterproof case for mobile.
– Sunglasses.
– Cap.

WINGFOIL

Wingfoil in the Ebro Delta

Wingfoiling is a relatively new activity that combines kitesurfing, windsurfing and foil. In essence, it’s about using a small wing driven by the wind to lift a board with a foil. Once you’re on the move, the foil allows you to glide over the water with a unique floatation feel and impressive speed.

Our team of highly trained instructors are dedicated to ensuring that you have a safe and exciting experience during your wingfoil session. We start with an informative lesson on safety and basic handling techniques before taking you out on the water.

Once you’re in the water, our instructors will be by your side to provide feedback and advice on how to improve your technique and maximize your experience. We ensure that all wingfoil sessions are customized to suit your individual needs and abilities, ensuring you enjoy the activity to the fullest.

Our privileged location allows us to enjoy ideal wind conditions for wingfoiling. In addition, we provide you with the most advanced and safe equipment on the market.

KITESURF

Kitesurfing course in the Ebro Delta

Choose your course depending on how many you are and thus adapt your time and evolution. In order to be more dynamic in view of our experience and range of success with our courses, we offer you 2-hour packs in which you choose depending on the time you want to spend on your course. More people = more time. Hire your course flexibly.

At the Spirit School we have modified the methodology for the environment in which we navigate. This has been an improvement in learning times, since we were able to eliminate the initial class of land that marked us. So, when we get to the beach and after setting up the equipment and knowing its safety, we will go directly into the water, to understand the piloting of this four-line kite.

When we already understand how the kite works, we will do some specific exercises that we will use when we will sail alone, and when these exercises are done half well we can start playing with the board until we will sail.

The methodology is designed so that a person is autonomous in 8 hours, doing the private course. These 8 hours are distributed in short and quality sessions, for a better assimilation of everything.

*In the classes in pairs and trios, the students will share the kite.

Prices include equipment, instructor, RC/ACC insurance, coastal and town hall permits, self-employed, and a free pass to the beach.

*Minimum hours
– 2 hours individually, being able to do 3 depending on the physical and mental state and the progression of the student. The sign is if you start to fail constantly.
– 3 hours in pairs.
